Carn Brea Judo Club very much look forward to welcoming you all back to judo.
Hello all,
We are very pleased and excited that Judo is restarting on Tuesday 12th October and
Tuesday 19th October; both dates will start at 6pm. The first two classes will be free but
we must have the BJC membership renewal application form and payment junior £28.00
under 18's £18.00 university students and £34.00 seniors photo consent and medical
forms at the start of the first session. These forms are available here.
We will then have a one-week break for half term as usual.
To ensure we keep everyone safe and respect the school’s delicate situation at present,
there will be no spectators allowed and of course, if at any time the attendee has any
symptoms of COVID they must not attend the sessions and must follow government
guidance.
1. We request all children come changed ready for judo.
2. Participants need to bring a named water bottle.
3. Children must be dropped off at the back of the school; our normal entrance.
4. To avoid cross contamination, please collect children from the side-front entrance of
the hall promptly at 7pm.
Payment for club membership will be suspended until January 2022 however, all the
necessary forms will be need to be filled out and returned at the start of the first class
(forms attached). If you have not managed to print off and complete these forms, we
will have copies that will need to be completed before the start of the first session.
We request only BACs or cheque payments; cheques made out the Carn Brea Judo Club.

Should these forms of payment prove difficult, please contact us in advance of October
12th.
Sessions for the 2nd half term from the 2nd November- 14th December will need to be
paid for in advanced by BACs payment. Or a cheque for a block payment on the 2nd
November the fees will be Dojo primary /junior = £15 Dojo senior = £24 this is the dojo
for 6 weeks again, if there are any issues, please contact us as soon as possible.
As always, we very much look forward to welcoming you all back on to the tatami and
look forward to the future success of all Judoka and Carn Brea Judo club. As already
mentioned, if the attendee has any systems of Covid they must not attend the session or
should any member of the family have Covid please do not attend judo to safeguard
other members of the club.
