Sheila has been doing judo for fifteen years and took up the sport to help her children and support them as a parent and has been doing judo ever since.
She achieved my first Dan in 2005 and her second Dan in 2011.
She is a qualified area referee and referees at Club, Area, National and International events and competitions at various venues in the UK.
Sheila mainly teaches beginners and assists in the intermediate club sessions on Tuesday evenings.
She has completed her coaching course, taken the FPJ 1 &2 qualification, is first trained and has completed the child protection course
